Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations At CoolClings.com, we process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at dynamics2digital@gmail.com or calling +91 79722 24965.

Once an order has been handed over to our fulfillment partner for processing or dispatch, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases:

• You may refuse to accept the delivery at the doorstep.
• Once the product is returned to us, a refund will be initiated within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations Due to Stock or Operational Issues CoolClings.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification failure. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 15 business days.
