At CoolClings, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Easy Returns โ€” 7 Days

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags are intact and attached
  • Original packaging is included

โŒ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / personalised orders (MY CUSTOM DESIGN)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Sale items marked as final sale

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.

Email us at info@coolclings.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with pickup details.

๐Ÿšš Shipping Charges

All exchanges are free. For returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
